Shortly after you place an order with us, you will receive a order confirmation via e-mail. If you do not receive this information within 2 business days, please inquire via e-mail or telephone. You will receive a second e-mail, containing the package tracking number, when your order ships.
For customers whom wish to order by mail, please supply the following information on your mail order request:

All shipping charges are based upon the total value of the order and the shipping method selected. During the checkout process, and before the order is placed, the shipping charge will be calculated and displayed. In most cases, products will be in-stock. Occasionally, we encounter stock-outs on popular products. In this event, we will notify you by email within 2 working days with an expected delivery time. Normal orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipping time will vary based on the shipping option selected at checkout. All orders are shipped by the carrier of our choice.
Domestic Orders:
At our discretion, Arribas Brothers may elect to ship partial orders within the USA. When this occurs, the customer will only be charged for a single shipment.
International Orders:
Orders shipped internationally are subject to import fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Arribas Brothers accepts no responsibility for any import fees.
International orders will be shipped when all items are in stock. Should the customer request multiple shipments, separate shipping charges will apply.
Any international orders refused by the customer, for any reason, will not be refunded the cost of shipping and import fees paid by Arribas Brothers. In order to retrieve refused packages, the Customs and Duties Office requires Arribas Brothers to pay the outstanding import and return shipping fees. These charges will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.
We regret that overnight and second-day shipping services cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Any item (except for personalized or custom made items) may be returned to Arribas Brothers, in its original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt, within 60 days of purchase for a full refund, credit or exchange. All shipping, handling and/or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
All items must be insured for their full value. Customers must report the receipt of any damaged items to the delivering carrier.
Any international shipment refused by the customer will be returned to Arribas Brothers. The amount paid by Arribas Brothers to retrieve the shipment, including return postage, handling charges and duties, will be deducted from any refund.
